Chloronitrobenzene-α-L-fucosidase (CNP-AFU) is a substrate for the detection of fucosidase, and the level of AFU in serum is a diagnostic marker for liver cancer. Measurement principle: AFU in serum acts on the substrate to generate 2-chloro-4-nitrobenzene (CNP), and the change rate of CNP absorbance per minute (ΔA/min) is measured at a wavelength of 405 nm to calculate its activity.
