The main purpose:

(1) L-Phenylalanine is a physiologically active aromatic amino acid, one of the essential amino acids that humans and animals cannot naturally synthesize by themselves, and an important component of compound amino acid infusion;

(2) For food, it can be added to baked goods to strengthen the nutritional effect of phenylalanine, and also undergo amino-carboxylation reaction with sugars to improve the fragrance of food stores and supplement the amino acid balance of functional foods needed by the human body ;

(3) Used in medicine, it is the intermediate of amino acid anticancer drugs such as amphetamine and formic acid sarcinolysin, and it is also the raw material for the production of epinephrine, thyroxine and melanin;

(4) Synthesize aspartame (sweetener) with L-aspartic acid as raw material.
